Several DOE Orders and Directives, EOs, and Secretary of Energy Notices apply to the Remediation Services project:

Applicable DOE Orders and Directives and Secretary of Energy Notices are detailed in Appendix G of the contract between DOE and the University of California.

Applicable EOs are:

• EO 11988, Floodplain Management , May 24, 1977;
• EO 11990, Protection of Wetlands, May 24, 1977;
• EO 11991, Relating to Protection or Enhancement of Environmental Quality, May 24, 1977; and
• EO 12580, Superfund Implementation, January 23, 1987.
