Budget Analysis

The Laboratory's BUS Division has assigned a budget analysis team to the ER program manager and project leaders.

The budget analysis team:

• works with Project Planning and Control (PPC) System personnel to integrate the project management baseline with costing for the ER Project;
• is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing monthly reports, determining the cause of cost variances, and developing forecasts;
• makes recommendations and reports costing irregularities to the ER program manager and project leaders;
• works with the ER Contract and Procurement Administration Team to ensure that procurements are costed appropriately and are in compliance with the ER Project baseline.
